Removal of existing blown render, scratch coat applied and then match rendering a garden wall to the same sculptured texture as the remainder of the existing render on the boundary wall.
Repointing to existing granite rubble wall, existing pointing raked out, wall repointed to the weathered edge, recessed to the top stone and damaged stone replaced. Around window frame redbrick had been used to rebuild, this was removed and replaced with stone. Buttress raked out and repointed giving the wall the much needed repairs. Temporary fix to the area above the window, this will be replaced with a granite lintel when the remainder of the house is repointed.
Very poorly pointed and repaired granite rubble wall, cleaned up raked out and repointed with lime mortar with the customers choice of colour. Pointed to the weathered edge and recessed under the stone above. Protected and misted for 4 weeks with hessian.
Existing chimney cracked, unstable and leaking, chimney was rebuilt and new lead flashing installed.
