  • Removal of load bearing wall and new lintel installed to open up two rooms into one. Ceilings over boarded and plastered, location of entrance door altered, all walls plastered and a Contura i4 Inset stove installed.
  • Plastering in Helston – Ceilings over-boarded, then ceilings and walls plastered
  • Blown plaster and false fireplace removed to reveal old Cornish oven fire place, work carried out to remove infill waste and restore original fire place, new hearth from Duke Stone laid and a Contura C52 wood burner installed.
  • Old tiled fireplace removed, new lintel built in and the infill removed. Reclaimed granite slabs cut to fit on site and bedded in as a hearth and a Charnwood Country 4 stove installed.
  • Rendering work – Old coal bunker removed, wall cleaned with brick acid. Down pipe removed, angle grinder used to create a mechanical key in the old render and SBR bonding agent applied. Scratch coat applied to exposed block work and patched in. Top coat finish applied, levelled with a feather edge, floated and given a sponge finish. New door frame fitted. Down pipe refitted.
